Vehicle Pelted With Bullets As Boko Haram Attack Governor's Convoy

The convoy of  Babagana Zulum, Governor of  Borno state, was recently attacked, allegedly by the members of the Boko Haram sect on Thursday night, September 5. According to the Cable, it was disclosed by  Security sources that the Convoy of Zulum was attacked at Konduga, around 9 pm as the Governor was returning from a trip  to Bama local government area. Collinsnewstv, further reported that the Borno state governor had as part of his "familarity  and need assessment tour" of the 27 LGAs in the state, visited Kwaya Kusar, Askira Uba, Bayo and Gwoza. As  the diplomatic wrangling between Nigeria and South Africa esculates following murder and attacks on Nigeria, many of the companies originating from the latter are now at risk in Nigeria. The ruling APC has urged president  Muhammadu Buhari to take over this multinationals. Rising from a meeting  it's National working commitee meeting in Abuja Thursday night, the party made it know to the federal government to takeover of Shoprite, MTN and DSTV and other South African businesses. The party further  requested the revocation of  licenses  of banks owned by the  South African's.
